Visualised report

2018

A recent study about collaboration shows that we have a more effective result when we work in teams, compare to people who make an own working progress. As an expert, working in collaborations makes us feel inspired and have more responsibilities, which raise our motivation levels in developing society. (Boyer, 2017) Especially, the collaboration in theory is intended for practical works in future. The theory of collaboration has advantages which are supportive for someone who seeks collaborative work in practice. It encourages us to seek a good descriptive theory which is supposed to draw the best picture for collaboration in practice. (Huxham, Vangen, 2005)

The purpose of this visualised report is to investigate an in-depth inquiry-based planner for future collaborative works. It is consisted of a critical self-reflection through approached researches in a theoretical collaboration. I want to enquire and demonstrate my personalities and understand strengths and weaknesses of my personality to analyse my own strategies for conducting collaborative works in the future.

The main contents are consisted of five parts on this essay. First, I included an autobiography through thinking about my childhood and Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) which was constructed by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers. It is an introspective self-report questionnaire based on (Figure 1.1) 16 personality types. (Jung 1921, p. 405) Second, I focussed on the research area about ‘Ambivert’ (Figure 3.1) to examine how effective it is for the collaboration and then linked all of the previous researches together and discussed them. Finally, I demonstrated my own rules and planed it for future behaviour on collaboration.
